Vinnie played his first gig in 2000 at the age of 16, already living on his own and across the hall from a veteran radio jock, DJ 3D. He began shadowing his mentor for a summer which lead to remote radio spots, as well as gigs at local bars and clubs which normally wouldn’t be permitted to someone at such a tender age.

A few years later he enrolled at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL where he studied music engineering and received a degree in Music Science. During this time he played in bands and kept his focus on recording music.

After school was finished he found himself in Madison, WI where he ended up finding regular weekly gigs. The city would act as a launching pad. With a larger-than-average student population and a densely populated area for nightlife, he began taking every gig he could get. During this time you could find him hosting a weekly radio show on WORT 89.9 FM, opening up for National and International touring acts, forming a group that would go on to tour with the likes of Steve Aoki and LMFAO, as well as DJing for the emcee / rapper F. Stokes.

In 2013, Vinnie moved to Long Beach, CA where he would stay for over five years. There he grew his network even further, banking on his experience from the previous decade and using the knowledge he had attained from maneuvering through the many facets of DJ industry and culture.

As of 2018, Vinnie has been living in Portland, OR where he can be found playing regularly around town, as well as out of town dates on the West Coast.
